About the CRM Center of Excellence (CoE) CRM Center of Excellence (CoE) is a team that is charge of all Customer relationship management solutions in AXA. This includes 3 types of CRM: Sales CRM, which is the solution used by our agent’s population to organize their sales activities and centralizes important data about their customer portfolio. Servicing CRM, which is the tool used by our call centers and back-office teams to service our customers and prospects. Marketing CRM, is the tool to automate our marketing touchpoints through email, SMS and mobile to target our customers/prospects with the right content at the right time. The CRM CoE is known to have a multi-disciplinary team member that are hyper expert on the solutions implemented and on the CRM Business best practices. We are not only technical but business centric. As an AXA Team, we also differentiate ourselves by maximizing the reuse of AXA assets on top of CRM solutions that help optimize the time to market and costs of projects. Key Responsibilities: Carry the engagement of Salesforce projects on an international scale: Accompany group entities in digital transformation initiatives around CRM/PRM or platform projects Identify key business/IT problems to identify key value areas Structure and implement complex technology solutions through Salesforce solutions Develop and grow relationships and trust with AXA entities by acting as a single point of contact and generate new opportunities...
