At RingCentral, we are currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. Our Sales team is a global function working with some of the world’s largest organizations. We are entrusted with the relationship, strategy and successful product adoption for thousands of innovative solutions within companies using RingCentral Products.
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational elements of our Enterprise Sales team. Developing our strategy to grow the organization and building upon its operational excellence while aligning to the enterprise roadmap, go to market approach.
• Development of the growth strategy for the Enterprise Sales team.
• Develop and deliver the full range of Enterprise Sales offerings and packages to drive enterprise adoption of RingCentral Products.
• Leadership of the Enterprise Sales Team, including recruiting, development and performance management.
