Function: Construction Manager We are looking for a Construction Manager with/between 5 and 15 years of experience in the industrial (food) mainly to perform an assistant function as a project manager for the construction of an industrial plant. Main Tasks: Reporting to the General Manager, and on a national scope, you will be responsible for the full realization of industrial investment projects. Organize and plan projects: Structure the projects and define the operating rules, supervise and coordinate the work of all the actors, organize and animate project monitoring meetings. Pilot, coordinate and monitor the project: Monitor and control the project, the execution of the schedule and compliance with the budget, provide the necessary assistance to the customer, optimize the operation of the installations by monitoring the commissioning, ensure the final reporting. Required Profile: In complete autonomy, you are able to anticipate the needs of the project and the client and excel in proposing a solution. You are comfortable with construction techniques and you are able to anticipate the risks (quality, planning, budget). You are able to supervise various project managers (architect, special techniques) to guarantee the quality of the final result. You are comfortable with managerial and communication techniques, you are able to manage a team and provide useful information to the client. You are diplomatic and assertive in nature, you are able to advise our clients and facilitate the decision-making necessary for the smooth running of the project. You will provide support to the teams on site by trusting them and challenging them. You are also mobile and have a category B driving license. You are aware of the major issues in terms of skills transfer, it is important to you to supervise less experienced employees and to actively participate in their development.
