Senior Retail Manager.
Responsibilities:1. Responsible to the national sell-out, make retail strategy and deployment plan base on the annual Target.2. Team management: Inspire, coach, train, and develop retail team members to drive for results. 3. Make plan of retail go to market for new launched product, coordinate and monitor retail team on implementation.4. Make the standard of retail visibility, pushing the maximum brand visibility in the channel.5. Take charge of national Store and SIS building, monitoring national store operation.6. Manage the retail operation in terms of stock allocating among key accounts, channel promotion.7. Manage national training program, ensure the necessary training activities with partners, retailers. 8. External partner management.
Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or business related major preferred.2. At least 5 years’ experience in retail of mobile phone, hardware or FMCG industry, Excellent retail professional competence and personnel management capabilities.3. Have strategic and analytical thinking on retail for improving sales volume.4. Innovative, well understand consumer interactive experience in different events.5. Good communication skills; excellent coordination ability.6. Experience in business with chain-retails, operator stores, distributors and dealers is preferred.7. Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and French.
