The MD here has a brilliant team of specialists who focus on new business so there isn't any new business development targets for this Director position. It would also suit an Associate Director looking to make a step up. With this structure, you will work alongside the new business team but will focus primarily on developing brilliant research solutions on a day to day basis, growing your existing clients as well as focus on building your team to deliver action-orientated insights which is already a team of 9 talented individuals. The quality of their solutions is shown by the growth of the business, achieving double-digit growth year on year. Even over recent months they haven't slowed down and have won multiple large contracts in the past couple of weeks so a very stable business. With offices all over the World, they now work with the biggest and most exciting blue-chip brands and are continuing to grow these accounts through a consultative approach. You will help clients with everything from ad concept testing, packaging testing to ad pre-testing, brand tracking as well as campaign evaluations and cross-media evaluations. Experience with conducting this type of research, team management and excellent research delivery is key. We are ideally looking for someone with 8+ years experience from a research agency that specialise in these types of research.
