Key skills and Experience: The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following: 1. To Communicates with internal/external clients to determine customer’s needs. 2. To diagnoses job requirements or ascertains work specifications from drawings or instructions. 3. To selects, cuts, shapes and assembles materials to form parts of vehicle underframe, framework and body. 4. To repairs damage to chassis and engine mountings using hydraulic rams, jacks and jigs. 5. To hammers out dents in bodywork, fills in small depressions or corroded areas in solder, plastic or other filler compound and replaces body panels using hand and power tools. 6. To repair Choose the most appropriate Parts/Machine. 7. To installs and repairs interior fittings including seats, seatbelts and fascia in cars, sinks and special features in caravans and mobile shops. 8. To positions, secures and repairs external fittings including windows, doors, door handles, catches and roof attachments. IMMEDIATE START. Party Host/ess on a Super Yacht (working on a superyacht cruising in Mallorca and Ibiza, and working from home when in the UK). I have copied below some of my job duties and I need an assistant to help me with some of them. The company I work for manages 2 superyachts in Palma De Mallorca, Spain. Cruising Mallorca and Ibiza. I need a lively, bubbly, party Host/ess to help me. You need to be a happy, positive, fun going individual that is free to travel, loves traveling and believes in a work hard, play hard ethos. We do a lot of work for charities as well so you have to be someone who likes giving back. The remuneration package is very good when you consider the basic salary with fully expensed accommodation in Mallorca included and part of the tips which are usually very good, especially with the American charter guests (see Below deck), who represented 60% of our charter guests for the 2022 season. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, articulate, and confident in speaking with the community at large. Role summary VFC London has an exciting opportunity for a spirit filled ministry experienced person to join the church team to serve as a support roll for senior pastor for a term of up to two years. The ideal candidate will be English speaking and has strong administrative skills supporting the ministry and mission of our church through careful management of day-to-day administrative tasks and should have an interest working with people from different nationalities and cultures. Key roles and responsibilities: 1. Job description: Work as a Team Leader, of a team of volunteers, in outreach into the community, discipling, forming small groups that will support and encourage new and existing members, establish ‘Growth Track’ [a simple program designed to teach members with life skills and Bible understanding]. To work under the supervision and guidance of the Strategic Co-ordinator and Senior Pastor. This is a 24 month temporary appointment. 2. Multiplication Principles & Outreach: Key principles and roles in leading multiplication, Conducting Youth Alpha, Effective outreach strategies and methods, Healing signs and wonders, Keys to consolidation. Outreach activities may include organizing and participating in community events, providing support to individuals seeking spiritual or emotional assistance. b. Discipleship: How to conduct an Encounter, Making disciples, Growth Track, Forming Connect Groups, Training and developing leaders, Understanding cross-cultural world views, Thriving in another culture, SOAP bible study method, inductive bible study method, Self-acceptance and inner healing. c. TL & Team: Member-care of the team, Resolving conflicts, Team dynamics, sacrifice, Faith, Team management, Building a strong team culture, d. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities, achievements, challenges, and progress made.
