Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Decorator at Decorga Pintura. The Decorator will be responsible for performing day-to-day decorative tasks: applying paint and wallpaper, and executing other decorative techniques such as trowelling finish or projecting plaster. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow design plans and specifications accurately.This is a long-term position, training is provided and we aim to get the candidate in a supervisor position in less than 6 months. Qualifications
• Experience in decorative painting and finishing techniques• Proficiency in applying paint, wallpaper, and other decorative materials
• Ability to interpret design plans and specifications
• Attention to detail and precision in executing decorative techniques
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments and heights
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in high-end decoration projects is a plus, but training isprovided.
