Part-time & full-time bar staff wanted for shifts from Monday to Sunday. We are a small but close team and we're looking for a new addition to join our little family. We pride ourselves on being one of the only independent pubs in Soho! It is a small, lively, and fun pub featuring live music and events. There is room for growth within the business if you would like a career in hospitality. Ideal candidates would have at least 1 year bar experience, can pour a great pint of Guinness and would be happy doing a bit of cellar work. The Restaurant In partnership with Chef Luke Farrell, Speedboat Bar takes inspiration from the Thai-Chinese restaurants in Bangkok’s Chinatown and the thrilling sport of Speedboat racing along the canals (klongs) of Thailand. The menu explores the ingredients, flavours and techniques that took Luke to Bangkok and its unique foodways; Chinese in origin but now uniquely Thai. A masterclass in wok cooking, roasted meats and spicy sauces, each hinging on the specialist Thai herbs and ingredients cultivated and grown at Luke’s nursery, Ryewater, in Dorset.
