A busy private medical clinic is seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual to join our office and enjoy being part of a small and greatly valued team. Must be able to work on own for various shifts. This job would suit an individual who has previous admin/secretarial experience. We are looking for someone available 30 hours per week, this includes a Saturday. Flexibility is also needed to cover holiday/sickness. Full training and support given. Private Health Insurance offered. Shifts as below: Monday 12pm to 7:00pm Tuesday 8:30 to 4:30pm Friday 08:30 - 4:30pm Saturday 08.30 - 12.30pm Hourly Rate: £11.88 - increase after successful 3-month probation to £12.50.

- Coordinating courier drop off and collections. - Managing document drop offs by clients. - Taking telephone calls from clients. - Writing envelopes to return documents to clients. - General admin assistance as required. 2 to 4 working hours a day between 9 am - 4 pm.
