Full job description Welcome to 'Once Before' a brand new cocktail bar & restaurant based in hackney that is searching for new team members to join for our opening. We are looking for someone with a natural passion and enthusiasm for food, drinks and hospitality. Once before is a cocktail bar and restaurant in Hackney with a focus on high quality drinks and food. The Food will mostly be small plate brit-french style dinning. While the bar in the front of the venue will focus on modern cocktails with an enthesis on sustainability. Our focus is on delivering a unique and personalised experience to our guests while still maintaining a casual service. 'Once more', sticks out from other cocktail bar restaurants as we are proudly community driven and environmentally conscious. The person joining our team must be as enthusiastic as we are on growing the business, experience is preferred but not compulsory.
