✨ Development Coach – Fundraiser Apprenticeship ✨ Location: Remote-first (UK) with occasional travel Contract: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week) Salary: Competitive, based on experience The Role As a Development Coach for our Fundraiser Level 3 Apprenticeship, you’ll guide learners to become confident, ethical, and high-performing fundraising professionals. You’ll coach them through donor engagement, campaign planning, bid writing, and compliance, ensuring they apply learning in real-world scenarios. Key Responsibilities ✅ Coaching, Mentoring & Learner Progress: Including delivering impactful 1:1 coaching sessions, supporting learners to applying core fundraising principles in their roles, and conduct progress reviews with learners and managers to ensure alignment with workplace goals and priorities. ✅ Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all coaching, evidence, and progress tracking aligns with Apprentify’s quality framework, Ofsted expectations, and regulatory requirements. Working collaboratively with Quality and Curriculum. ✅ Learner Support, Inclusion & Safeguarding: Support learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), ensuring appropriate adjustments are made to enable successful progress. Creating a supportive and inclusive environment, whilst identifying and escalating safeguarding, wellbeing, or risk concerns in line with Apprentify policies. ✅Operational Excellence & Employer Engagement: Ensuring coaching, communications, and delivery are provided within agreed timelines, building strong relationships with employer line managers.
