Job Description – Sales Agent (Remote) ProFinder UK is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Agent to support the growth of our platform by onboarding new tradespeople across the UK. ProFinder UK is an online service that connects homeowners with trusted, verified local tradespeople. Our aim is to provide a straightforward and effective way for trades businesses to increase their visibility and generate genuine local enquiries. Key Responsibilities: • Contacting tradespeople via phone and messaging to introduce ProFinder UK, • Explaining the benefits of the platform clearly and professionally, • Converting leads into paying members, • Managing and updating customer information using a simple CRM system, • Maintaining consistent communication with prospective clients Person Specification: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Confident speaking on the phone, • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, • Basic IT skills and ability to use CRM software, • Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential Working Arrangements: • Fully remote (work from home), • Flexible working hours (part-time) Pay Structure: • Flexible options available including hourly rate, commission-based, or a combination of both, • Commission rates are competitive and open to negotiation based on experience This role would suit someone who is driven, reliable, and looking to earn based on performance while working flexibly from home.
