Our mission is to create an unforgettable dining experience where tradition meets innovation. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of Indian flavors, while being open to global influences and modern presentation. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute an innovative Indian fusion menu with seasonal and local ingredients., • Oversee all kitchen operations including food prep, plating, and service quality., • Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure excellence and efficiency., • Maintain food cost controls, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP compliance)., • Collaborate with management on menu development, specials, and events., • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine-dining, fusion environment or Indian., • Need to have experince in making curry and Tandoori, • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and familiarity with international cooking styles., • Proven leadership and organizational skills., • Creativity and passion for innovation in food presentation and flavor., • Excellent communication and team management abilities., • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses., • Opportunity to shape and grow the restaurant’s culinary identity., • Staff meals and discounts., • Supportive, dynamic work environment.
