Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitresses/Waiters to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally Ensure guests have everything they need and address any special requests Clear and clean tables, ensuring the dining area is tidy and presentable Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Passion for providing exceptional customer service Benefits: Competitive hourly rate plus tips Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A vibrant and friendly work environment Staff discounts on food and beverages Flexible working hours

Our hours are short and easy

1. Responsibilities​ Customer Service​ Greet customers with a warm smile, escort them to tables. Anticipate customer needs, handle complaints well. Communication and Teamwork​ Coordinate with kitchen staff, relay customer requests. 2. Requirements​ Prior customer - facing experience, especially in hospitality, is helpful but not necessary.​ Strong verbal English communication skills. Multilingual ability is a plus. Available for flexible part - time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Require a waitress who worked in Italian cuisine or knows about Italian food. Will offer 20/25 hours
