We’re looking for a Chef to join our team, and help us continue serving up our “Monkey Menu". Responsibilities: Burger Mastery: Craft mouthwatering, high-quality burgers that are the heart of our menu. Vegan/Veggie Creations: Develop and prepare delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes that rival any meat option. Menu Execution: Maintain the integrity of our classic Monkey Menu while introducing new flavours and ideas. Kitchen Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations, with a focus on quality and consistency. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years, Must have the ability to work alone at times. Hard - working experienced senior chef de partie (S-CDP) required for a high end a busy high-end steak restaurant in central Edinburgh. Fresh food environment preferred but not essential as training is provided. Must have experience in running a section and having a commie below them. Hourly pay - Paid monthly Chef whites provided Staff food provided Full training and progression provided. Fresh food kitchen with regular changes to the menu to keep you engaged and learning.

Passionate Chef de parties (CDP) required for a busy high end steak restaurant. Fresh food background preferred but not essential as all training is provided. Staff food on shift chef whites provided and laundered Hourly pay - paid monthly Training and progression fully provided.
