• Personal License Holder, • Proven experience in managing operations, maintaining high standards, leading by example, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment, • Banking and till reconciliation, • Exceptional customer service skills, • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Stock Control, • Cellar Management, • Must be available to work additional hours when business requires, • Role includes evening and weekends, working 5 days out of 7, • On call duties may be required at times to support club operations, • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is essential, • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently., • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests and team members., • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating management and leadership qualities.
