The Bradley Hare is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen.
We are a small, dynamic and hardworking team, looking to create the highest quality, original menus. We offer competitive wages and an opportunity to progress within an ambitious company. We use the best local produce this corner of Wiltshire has to offer and run our kitchen on a zero waste philosophy. Most of our meat arrives as whole carcasses which gives everyone in our kitchen the opportunity to learn how to butcher and cook every part.
The ideal candidate will: - Have a willingness to learn and operate within a small team - Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen - Passionate about food with a deep care for ingredients and produce - Have excellent levels of food safety and hygiene We are looking for exceptional individuals who can complement the team. Experience is ideal for this role and we are looking for a candidate with a background in busy kitchens.
