We are expanding our menu to include global flavours. What We’re Looking For: - Experience in preparing tapas or small plates. - Skills in other styles of tapas, like Mediterranean, Turkish, Arab, and Persian cuisine, are also desired. - Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. - Strong teamwork and organisational skills. Your Role: - Create and execute a diverse tapas-style menu. - Handle kitchen and bar shopping. - Maintain high standards in food quality and presentation.
