Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor The Dog & Badger by Amarone Location: Henley Road, Medmenham, Marlow, SL7 2HE Job Type: Full-Time Join Our Team The Dog & Badger by Amarone is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service., • Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant., • Supervise shifts and ensure smooth service., • Train and develop new and existing team members., • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety., • Assist with staff scheduling and opening/closing procedures., • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an outstanding guest experience. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager., • Excellent communication and leadership skills., • Passion for hospitality and customer service., • Ability to remain calm under pressure., • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends., • Right to work in the UK.
