Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, • Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or fish station, • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed, • Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times, • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods, • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, • Support junior kitchen staff through training and guidance as needed Experience • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment, • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices, • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines, • Experience serving guests or working in a customer-facing role is advantageous, • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality This position offers an engaging environment for culinary professionals eager to refine their skills and contribute to a renowned establishment.
