Hello, Looking for a pizza chef in an Italian restaurant in Bushey Heath, for a family run restaurant. Starting salary is around £12.20
We are looking for enthusiastic and hard working kitchen staff to join our busy and growing coffee shop located in Hatch End, either full or part-time. Minimum one year kitchen experience.
Looking for a chef to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Will be temporary until the end of September. Cooking outside where we have a beer garden with up to 150 people. Basic small menu, fries, burgers, wings Solo role, with support from GM and FOH. Must also be comfortable talking to customers and helping on the garden bar pulling pints and making basic drinks when no food orders on
Due to our continuing success we are looking for a chef de partie at our neighbourhood's favourite Italian Restaurant based in Bushey. Previous experience in Italian kitchen is an advantage. For this position we are offering a competitive hourly rate, 28 days of holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and 1st of January. On top of the salary you will receive a generous share of service charge, free meals whilst on duty and discounts to dine at our venues with your family and friends. Duties and Responsibility: · Prepare and cook a range of Indian dishes including the curries, street food, quick bites/ starters, biriyani as set out in the restaurant menu. · Prepare special dishes for special occasions. · Prepare delicious, hygienic and healthy food according to the business principles of the Restaurant. · Maintain the taste & quality of dishes which are prepared on a daily basis to ensure regular customers are satisfied. · Demonstrate knowledge of all recipes, standards, portion sizes of various curries produced in the kitchen. · Demonstrate a thorough understanding of traditional Indian curries. · To carry out month-end food stock taking. · Ensure food prepared is of the highest possible standards. · Controlling portion sizes in accordance with food specifications. · Dealing with food complaints efficiently. · Check that all food safety regulations and procedures are fully complied with. ** Skills and Experience:** · Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating exceptional dishes · Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen · Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff · Excellent organisational and time management skills · Demonstrated leadership qualities in a fast-paced environment
