Duties & Responsibilities • Perform treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, BIAB, nail art, massages, and facials., • Maintain a clean, organised workstation in line with health & safety standards., • Offer personalised consultations and help clients choose the perfect treatments and colours., • Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice., • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques., • Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction., • Support the team and contribute to the smooth running of the salon. Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa., • Strong communication and customer service skills., • Friendly, professional, and passionate about beauty., • A positive attitude and willingness to grow within the business.
