Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is a standards-led, multi award-winning salon in South Croydon specialising in natural nail care, BIAB and soft gel polish as well as luxury results driven treatments. We are recruiting for an experienced Nail Technician who can deliver high-quality, structurally sound BIAB and gel services consistently and independently. This is not a beginner role and is not suitable for newly qualified applicants. What You’ll Be Doing • BIAB and Builder Gel overlays and infills to a high standard, • Professional manicures and health-focused pedicures, • Safe gel application and removal without damaging the natural nail, • Maintaining strict hygiene and sterilisation standards, • Delivering a calm, professional guest experience, • Supporting repeat bookings through consistent results Requirements (Read Before Applying) • Minimum 2 years’ recent salon experience, • Confident in BIAB, natural nail care and gel polish, • Strong preparation, structure and finishing technique, • High hygiene standards and attention to detail, • Available evenings and weekends, • Able to work independently from day one Do Not Apply If • You are newly qualified, • You mainly specialise in acrylics, • You are not confident with BIAB or natural nail care, • You need ongoing basic training What We Offer • £13.00–£15.00 per hour depending on experience, • Uncapped commission and tips, • Holiday entitlement and pension, • Structured, professional working environment, • Ongoing training after core standards are met, • Strong existing client base and full diary support How to Apply Apply with: • Your experience, • Up to date CV, • Photos of your work (if available) We aim to respond within 24 hours if shortlisted.
