Uncapped Earnings: On average, making £450-£600 per week, this subcontracted sales role offers your earnings the chance to soar as you gain experience in this commission-only opportunity. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join us as a telesales advisor for our solar panel business. Role Overview: You will be calling warm leads (opted-in individuals who have previously expressed interest in solar) to book virtual appointments. These appointments will be handed over to our closers who will run through proposals and close the deals. Commission Structure: £10 per successful virtual appointment booked £20 per appointment after 3 are booked in a week £30 per appointment after 6+ are booked in a week This is a performance-based, commission-only role – ideal for someone self-driven with a strong phone manner and ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls.
