We are currently recruiting for an office administrator role in North London N20 in the construction industry. Duties - - Provide administrative support to the construction team - Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and organizing construction documents - Coordinate and schedule appointments, and travel arrangements for the construction team - Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and other documents - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Perform general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and faxing Skills/Experience: - You must have strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft packages for example Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook - You will be self-motivated and have a proactive approach - Candidates coming from a background within the Construction industry would be an advantage - If you are currently looking for a new role please don't hesitate to get in touch
