The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Project Assistant to support thermography surveying and non-destructive testing (NDT) projects. The role includes daily coordination, marketing research, and client follow-up. Experience in building surveying or construction is expected, as you’ll be working closely with technical data and reports related to structural diagnostics. Responsibilities: • Daily coordination and admin support for remote surveying projects, • Research and data gathering related to thermography and structural assessments, • Marketing and industry research to support service development and outreach, • Client follow-up and communication assistance, • Report duties and progress to the manager regularly Requirements: • Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken & written), • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, • Interest or background in surveying, construction and engineering is a plus, • Experience with marketing or research is advantageous

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on a variety of vehicles, with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Daily tasks will include diagnosing issues, performing repairs and maintenance such as oil changes, brake work, and suspension jobs, as well as using diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems. You must be able to work independently, pay close attention to detail, and provide high-quality service. A valid driver’s license is required, and ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory.
