DPS Denne Ltd Warnham Full-time, Permanent We are family run building company looking for a Office assistant to work as part of our administration team in our busy office environment. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working in an administrative role, although this is not imperative. Be calm, efficient, and helpful - even on the busiest of days. Be IT literate, with attention to detail & the ability to organise their time effectively. As well as being a team player they will be able to work on their own initiative. The candidate will have the chance to have more responsibility in the role as they develop. The Office Assistant duties will be: · All administration tasks, including producing letters, photocopying, scanning, manual updates, document binding, other daily filing, and paperwork · Answering phone calls and transferring them, as necessary · Carrying out requests from management. · Using online platforms to update details · Raising schedules & invoicing · Assist in preparing word & Excel documents. · Uploading data to our online portals. · Assisting with compiling reports · Salary to be discussed on interview. working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.
