Duties • General day -to-day maintenance in residential council properties, • Painting and decorating (and all relevant internal and external works)., • Plumbing, Carpentry or electrical tasks (for multi traders), • Carrying out scheduled works and liaising with admin to ensure works are at correct standard, • Ensuring works are carried out to a high standard, in a clean and respectful manner, • Liaising with tenants and maintaining professional conduct at all time, • Complying with health & Safety regulations on site Requirements Proven experience in a similar role ( multi-trade - painter) Strong knowledge of tools and materials.
