Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista/Waiter to join our team at The Breakfast Club. As a Barista/Waiter, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions efficiently.
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restroom facilities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
Uphold The Breakfast Club's brand image and reputation by delivering exceptional service to every guest.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista or waiter
