We’re proud to be a hub of activity and relaxation for locals and visitors alike. The Role We’re on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Barrister to join our dynamic team. This is a unique role that offers the chance to shine in both the coffee and cocktail worlds, making every day (and evening!) different. Key Responsibilities: Coffee : Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee beverages, showcasing artistry in presentation and knowledge of blends, origins, and techniques. Cocktail Service: Craft and serve an exciting variety of cocktails during evening shifts, ensuring precision and creativity in every drink. Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional, friendly service that leaves every customer with a smile, whether they’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for an evening drink. Daily Operations: Assist in keeping the bar and café clean, organized, and running smoothly, including restocking and prepping. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a supportive, fun, and efficient workplace. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a barista or bartending role is an advantage but not essential—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important! A genuine passion for both coffee and cocktails, with a desire to develop your skills in both areas. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends. A proactive attitude, with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
