Corrochio's is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Dalston, London. We offer a salary from £50,000 per year, plus performance bonuses. We are looking for a strong leader capable of managing a busy, high-volume kitchen while upholding exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire the kitchen team., • Manage the pass effectively, ensuring clear communication with the Front of House (FOH) team throughout service., • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety., • Oversee kitchen operations, including prep, service, and closing procedures., • Control food costs, stock, ordering, and waste., • Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team., • Ensure consistent adherence to recipes, specifications, and systems., • Maintain appropriate staffing levels, manage rotas, and optimize productivity., • Drive continuous improvements in quality and efficiency. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant., • Fluent English is essential., • Must have the right to work in the UK., • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills., • Passion for high-quality food and meticulous attention to detail., • Ability to remain calm under pressure with a hands-on approach., • A strong connection or experience with Mexican cuisine is essential.
