The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers, • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain a clean and organised workspace., • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations, • Handle food preparation tasks as required, ensuring all items meet quality standards, • Operate a quality La Marzocco coffee machine and equipment efficiently while performing routine maintenance, • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours, • Maintain inventory levels of supplies and assist with restocking as needed, • Table service, • Keeping areas clean and tidy., • Unpicking LEGO during quiet periods. Experience • Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided, • Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Candidates will receive Level, • Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous, • Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately, • Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery Join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers through exceptional coffee and service!
