Key Responsibilities: • Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner., • Present menus and confidently explain food, drinks, and specials., • Take accurate food and beverage orders using our EPOS system., • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally., • Check back with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction., • Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating where necessary., • Upsell food, drinks, desserts, cocktails, and shisha where appropriate., • Prepare and maintain tables before, during, and after service., • Ensure all stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked., • Process bills and payments accurately., • Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to ensure smooth service., • Maintain excellent product knowledge of the menu, allergens, and promotions., • Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing procedures., • Assist with opening and closing duties., • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
