Experience Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory role. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Experience in upselling techniques & enhancing customer satisfaction through attentive service.
