The prospective applicant needs to demonstrate the following:
· Mainly responsible to run business smoothly on day to day basis.
· To establishes and monitors work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets
· To liaises with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems;
· To determines or recommends staffing and other needs to meet sales and productivity targets;
· To reports as required to managerial staff on departmental activities.
· Planning work schedules, assigning task and delegates responsibilities.
· Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers; Skills, experience, and qualification required for the role. · Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial management.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
