Our client, a prestigious dealership in Canterbury, Kent, is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their dedicated workshop team. This permanent position presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to develop their career within a reputable automotive brand, offering competitive pay, comprehensive training, and clear progression pathways. • Competitive basic salary up to £37,000, with OTE reaching £45,000 through uncapped bonuses, • Manufacturer accredited training programmes, including Hybrid & Electric Vehicle qualifications, • Supportive team environment with ongoing management support, • Clear career advancement opportunities within a recognised dealership, • Monday to Friday working hours, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota (8:30am to 12:30pm), • Additional earning potential via productivity and time-saving bonuses, • Conducting vehicle health checks using advanced diagnostic equipment, • Performing servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests, • Carrying out repairs and warranty work to manufacturer standards, • Road testing vehicles to ensure fault rectification, • Completing all relevant service and repair paperwork accurately and efficiently, • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction, • Full UK driving licence is essential, • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification required, • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally within a main dealer or reputable independent garage, • Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn new skills, particularly in hybrid and electric vehicle technology, • Ability to work to high standards and deliver excellent customer service, • Experience working with recognised brands is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided If you are a qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic seeking a role with excellent development prospects and working within a renowned dealership, this is an exceptional opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
