Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations efficiently., • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism., • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and retrieval., • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars effectively., • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required., • Ensure office supplies are stocked and office equipment is maintained., • Provide general support to management and other departments, facilitating smooth operations. Requirements: • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; however, training will be provided for beginners., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required., • Ability to multitask and work independently with a professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
