We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant (Interventions and EHCP Support Coordination) to join our fantastic team for 4 days per week. What you’ll be doing: To promote the general academic progress and well-being of individual students and of any class or group of students assigned. To plan and work with teachers and therapists to enhance the students’ learning. To support students by delivering specialist programmes developed by therapists. Deliver or lead specialist interventions on a regular basis to small classes of children to support in their development of phonics, reading, communication or social skills To develop bespoke weekly/daily interventions for allocated students in conjunction with the relevant teacher or therapists based on their EHCP needs To support in EHCP coordination.
