Operating from 6pm every day of the year, our goal is to reduce hospitalizations, dependency on A&E departments and police resources. Utilizing a social model of support, our staff team will employ appropriate de-escalation and support techniques while promoting clients’ abilities to manage their coping strategies. \n Key Responsibilities: As a Crisis and Recovery Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to service users in or facing a mental health crisis.
