Support Worker - Supported Accommodation (16-18 Year Olds) Location: London wide Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent / Temporary Shift Pattern: 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, including alternate weekends and Sleep-ins (10pm-7am) We are a supported accommodation provider for young people aged 16-18, offering care and support to help them transition into independent living. We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day support to young people, including education, daily living and personal development • Encourage independence and empower young people to achieve their goals • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in Health and Social Care (preferred) • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred) • Driving Licence (preferred) • Must be authorised to work in the UK Must have UK work reference and Personal reference Must have DBS/update system Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate: (depending on experience) • Annual leave and company pension (Subject to contract) • Fully funded qualifications in Health and Social Care (if applicable) • Wellbeing support To apply, please send your CV
