Thistle Court Care Home is a purpose-built, nursing and care home, overlooking the beautiful Afon Lwyd, Thistle Court is a care and nursing home located in the peaceful residential area of Ty Canol, close to Cwmbran’s town centre. We are excited to be an integral part of the local community, building relationships throughout Cwmbran. Taking patients’ vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure and reporting any changes to a supervisor Serving meals and helping feed patients Assisting patients with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing and going to the toliet when necessary Performing household duties such as changing sheets and cleaning
