Catering Assistant – Event Day at Farncombe Youth Football Club (Cafecita) Reliable and experienced catering assistants required to support a busy event day at Farncombe Youth Football Club. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment with an expected footfall of approximately 2,500 people, working from the clubhouse kiosk serving fast food. Candidates must be able to stay calm under pressure, work efficiently, take initiative without prompting, and maintain a friendly, positive (sunny) disposition at all times. Responsibilities: • Preparing and serving fast food, • Taking customer orders, • Preparing and serving cold drinks, • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, • Supporting smooth, continuous service during peak periods Requirements: • Previous catering or food service experience, • Ability to work with speed and efficiency under pressure in a fast-paced environment, • Proactive, reliable, and able to use initiative, • Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred), • Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Event Details: • Date: 16th May, • Hours: 11:00am – 9:00pm, • Location: Farncombe Youth Football Club, • Event size: Approx. 2,500 footfall Hard-working, reliable individuals confident in busy catering environments are encouraged to apply.
