Childminder assistant I’m currently looking for a childminder assistant to work various hours. Thursdays - 9:30am - 3:30pm Extra days will be given when needed. (Monday - Friday) This can be a self employment or payroll position with pension given. Training will be given, first aid, safeguarding and DBS is required. Official childminding assistant certificates will be given. Staff will be required to get involved with children activities, help planning and help with meal times.

Experience Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with children and families. A genuine passion for childcare and early years education is vital for success in this role.
