You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young residents, helping them with daily activities, personal development, and emotional support. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in creating a safe, nurturing environment for children., • Support children with their daily routines and activities., • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care., • Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of the children in your care. Qualifications and Skills: • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team., • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
