Key Responsibilities: Dishwashing & Cleaning: Thoroughly wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to hygienic standards. Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, prep stations, and storage areas. Waste Management: Properly dispose of food waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen free of clutter. Deep Cleaning: Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks as required. Stocking & Inventory: Help with restocking kitchen supplies and equipment, informing the kitchen team of shortages. Team Support: Assist chefs and other kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
