  ABOUT THE ROLE As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure we have a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. ABOUT YOU The wellbeing of our residents will be your number one priority as a Head of Maintenance at Barchester you'll make sure all work is carried out with sensitivity to their needs. With hands-on experience of property maintenance, you'll have at least one trade skill and, ideally, a proven ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks. You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to your working hours. This role also calls for a full UK driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
