Krave Dessert Café is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy dessert café. As Café Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, from leading the team and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards to developing children's party packages, driving sales, and contributing to the continued growth of the Krave brand. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Confidence in dealing with customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
