Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and well-maintained for all occupants. This role will be on a 10:00-19:00 or 11:00 - 19:00 day shift. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning on Shopping centres.
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly while adhering to recycling protocols.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items.
Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.
A proactive approach towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
