The role demands strong technical expertise, sound professional judgement, and effective workload prioritisation to ensure all estates remain safe and compliant with relevant legislationWhat You'll Be Doing Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the campus Completing general building repairs (doors, walls, flooring, ceilings, fixtures) Undertaking basic plumbing work and fault fixing Supporting electrical or mechanical maintenance Assisting with room setups, moves, and minor refurbishments Conducting routine checks (e.g. water temperatures, alarm testing) Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety regulations Working alongside contractors and supporting project delivery Responding to emergency maintenance issues when required What We're Looking For Proven experience in a multi-trade or general maintenance role NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, Electrical, or Building Services A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills Experience in plumbing, electrical, or general building maintenance Ability to work independently and manage your own workload * Good understanding of Health & Safety practices Additional InformationHours: 07:00 - 15:30 (with some flexibility)Location:Dagenham with occasional travel to other campuses in LondonTemp to Perm Opportunity
