This role involves attending key jobs, handling urgent cleaning requests, and maintaining high standards across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: • Attend reactive cleaning jobs across multiple sites, • Carry out high-quality cleaning to a professional standard (communal areas, end-of-tenancy, touch-ups, etc.), • Report issues on-site (damage, maintenance concerns, health & safety risks), • Work independently and manage time effectively between jobs, • Maintain cleaning equipment and materials, • Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and residents
